Not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 15 days after date of delivery and meeting the below requirements.

· Postmarked within 15 days from the date of delivery and must have an RMA#

· Items must be in original condition

· Shipping charges are not refunded

· Sale items and large jewelry lots are not returnable

· Online purchases cannot be returned to one of our resale stores

· Multiple items can be sent in one package with their RMA# associated with each

· Refund amount we be returned to the original payment form

To start your return and get an RMA#

1. Log into your account

2. Go to Purchase History

3. Click on the Purchase number that contains the item(s) you would like to return

4. On the next page click REQUEST A RETURN

5. Select a reason and then click SUBMIT REQUEST

6. You will be contacted via email with instructions on where to send your item
